Horrible experience 4 times, at least! Still tried and paid the price. - lied to by the service department. I had to call in to check on a part that had been there for a week that they had no clue was there. - lied to by the parts department. Instead of ordering two interior clips for $4 total they claimed I had to order something that cost almost $400 - mechanics are slower than slow. Took 2+ hours to do something that should have taken 45 on two occasions. - neither job done correctly, had to take the car to Madison to fix their screw up. - The owner called me and pretty much tried to sweeten me up. Only thing that he cares about is making money... after an hour long phone conversation this is what he says "...we need to know how to spend your money". More

After trading deal failed we wanted to pay cash and salesman gave a small discount. Then we asked to see manager and he didn't want to give us the courtesy. Finally after pleading he came over with a very impersonal attitude. Then he would not even offer what his salesman said. He didn't try to work with us at not even adjusting his price 1 dollar. It was after closing and they were literally pushing us out the door. Their mannerism was very rude. The next day my son was talking to the salesman and he offered it to us for what he had said the night before but then sold the car anyways to someone else! We were preapproved buyers and ready to buy that night. Horrible experience and acted like we were just a bother. More
