Excellent until the end We enjoyed working with the dealership very much. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The building is comfortable, and it's nice to see that the We enjoyed working with the dealership very much. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The building is comfortable, and it's nice to see that the employees have adequate and comfortable space, with nothing elaborate. It felt like everyone went out of their way to accommodate our needs (like sending someone 40 miles out of town to bring a document that inadvertently was not signed). Our only complaint is that the "extra packages" in the final purchasing arrangement seemed a little heavy, a little too high pressure--not that we're blaming either of the guys involved who were quite friendly and likeable. It seemed, rather, a company policy to push the extra packages strongly. This site won't allow me to add a comment about Alex Absalon below, so I'm entering it here. Alex was a real pleasure to work with. He understood our parameters & interests very quickly and showed us only cars that met out needs. He was very helpful in pointing out issues and options and quick to drop anything or follow through as we indicated. Alex is very personable, and we went away feeling that we had made a friend. More

Know I know a little about cars and my old car was not worth saving. One thing let to another I had my car stuck and a borrowed car in my possession. Ken removed my old car and car pooled so I could return the borrowed car. What started out as a terrible car problem for me ended with the biggest smile on my face.
