The journey began with earlier research into vehicle features, styles, and options. I began the car shopping experience with confidence in the fore-thought and planning I made to help choose the right Auto Dealership and right vehicle for me before the day of purchase. The rest was icing on the cake. Not only did they provide a really comfortable atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and massive inventory to choose from, Dahl Automotive's website made it convenient as could be also. Touring their Auto Museum in La Crosse, WI was awesome!!! So Friday night I picked some options and made a quick call Saturday morning. Alex Absalon in Sales, had the vehicle I chose to test drive, all warmed up with my name in the window when I arrived. The staff were very friendly and polite to me and my girlfriend, and Alex even programmed my new vehicle to sync with Bluetooth on my phone for safe hands-free calls. They gave me a fair price for my used vehicle and great value on theirs. Jim Abeyta in Finance presented more options and handled the transaction accurately and quickly. We shook hands. 2017 Sonata Dahl was able to get me a great deal on a 3 year lease. This was my second lease with Hyundai but first with Dahl. Torre Krueck is awesome & I had a great experience with Dahl I recently drove my family 2.5 hours to Dahl in La Crosse, WI to purchase a used car and trade in my old one. For starters, Dahl offered the most crazy-awesome deal on the used car I'd been searching for for the last six months. They have some sort of magical computer system combined with the chutzpah to undercut any other dealer out there. They also gave me a great deal on my used car. I'm suspicious of any used car dealer, but Torre Krueck set my mind at ease and made the whole process painlessly easy. We exchanged a phone call or two and several more emails until we came to some numbers that were quite agreeable to me. Torre was easy going and I didn't feel any pressure from him. When my family and I arrived at the dealership, Torre was warm and inviting and he even agreed to sit in the back seat of the car in between my two slightly annoying grade school age children. During the whole process Torre was lighthearted and funny and my kids really got along well with him. The rest of the staff at Dahl was great too and made the whole car buying experience wonderful. (Jim Abeyta is hilarious, full of great energy, and fun to work with too.) They even suggested a great place to eat in town before we drove home.
