My 2nd Subaru! I went in to look at a 2018 Crosstrek Limited. I have been eyeing up the Crosstrek since it came out. I was so sure that the 2018 version of this car I went in to look at a 2018 Crosstrek Limited. I have been eyeing up the Crosstrek since it came out. I was so sure that the 2018 version of this car was what I wanted. But to my surprise, I ended up with a 2018 Forester Touring in a beautiful Sepia Bronze. AMAZING car, so detailed and has every bell and whistle I could even imagine and more. For the 2nd time ... Ken Hauser knew what I wanted better than I did. This is my 2nd Subaru purchase with Ken. My daughter has my 2009 Legacy which we still love! Ken is funny, knowledgeable, a good listener, patient, and never pushy. While I was doing paperwork, he offered to show my daughter all the tricks of my car so she could help me. It was a relaxed atmosphere at the new Dahl Subaru, thank you to all. I brought up the transmission during the sale and I was told not to worry as I could just return it within the 3 day window. No worries if you have a lot of money you would like to donate. Going to cost me over 1000 to return the vehicle. Stay away. They care about their bottom line not you. More
