Gene sat down with us and we talked about what we found essential and what we could live without. Gene had us test drive a few vehicles and always had one pulled up when we got back from a test. He said we really needed to try this Chrysler 200. We were sold. A down payment, a trade and less than 24 hours later a car. I was not alone...before I started my search one of my best friends purchased a Subaru from Dahl in LaCrosse (when 2 other Subaru dealers were closer to her) and my brother and sister in law puchased one from Dahl as well!!! Both told us how wonderful they were to work with! I loved being able to text Meg - part of the customer support team about setting up an appoint to test drive. It was really convenient! Alex was a great help during our test drive experience. He was very knowledgeable about the models. After the drive it was really nice to get a follow up text from Meg to make sure everything went well and to see if we had any questions. It wasn’t pushy in anyway but was a nice gesture. Once we decided to buy we made an appointment. The car was shined and detailed when we got there. The paperwork was a very quick and easy process and the kid play room they have kept our young boys occupied while we took care of the details! Thank you Dahl automotive!!!! More
