The sales staff we worked with (primarily Dave Lounsbrough and some with Ken Hauser) were great to work with and very understanding of their products. He was very thorough and followed up with me very quickly every time we corresponded by telephone or via e-mail. (The small problem we had was not directly related to our purchase of the new car.) Jeremy turned this minor problem into another chance to satisfy a new customer. He made sure we were completely satisfied with our whole experience at the dealership. I found a car on line at this dealership that I fell in love with. I initially called about the car and told Nate Tuma that I would try to get my husband to drive the 7+ hours to see/test drive it. I had no luck getting my husband to consent to make the drive. Nate called a few weeks later to follow up and see if I had been able to make arrangements to come test drive it. I told him that if there was any way he could get it to me, I would purchase it. He took photos of its few minor body imperfections and sent them to me so I would know exactly what I was getting. He arranged financing at a much lower rate than my bank was going to charge, and had it driven to my house! Talk about going the extra mile to accommodate a customer!!
