Kyle Dulek worked very hard to make sure that we knew all the conditions, and made if very clear how far they could move on the price. I feel that this deal was very reasonable. The salesman actually knew what he was talking about (car specs), which is unlike some of our previous experiences elsewhere. This also helped our decision in trading for this car. If I do not like the salesman, or the people I talked with, I simply will not be as interested. Also, our salesman was busy yet efficient during our trade. He always had some other guests to attend to, but we never felt impatient. It was great timing on Mr. Duleks part. I also enjoyed how they called everyone "guests". It was a subtle detail, but I think that it made us feel less like a target with money. This is a detail that I have not noticed anywhere else. We would not have wanted to buy this car from any other dealership, or from any other salesman. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone else. More
