The sales staff we worked with (primarily Dave Lounsbrough and some with Ken Hauser) were great to work with and very understanding of their products. He was very thorough and followed up with me very quickly every time we corresponded by telephone or via e-mail. (The small problem we had was not directly related to our purchase of the new car.) Jeremy turned this minor problem into another chance to satisfy a new customer. He made sure we were completely satisfied with our whole experience at the dealership.
