So when I went to Dahl I was leary and then found and talked to Kensey: she was attentive and accomodating, but not pushy, friendly, but not gushing, and knowledgeable, yes knowledgeable!, very personable. She was the sales woman for me!!!! I purchased my Forester in 2011 and traded it in for a 2013 Outback and Kensey was my gal! When "Izzy" needs an oil change I always make sure it is when Kensey is working just to stop in and say hi. She will keep me coming back to Dahl for years to come. The whole Dahl experience has been fantastic, even the service department. Customer sevice is a priority for them and that keeps customers! More
Great personalized service! I was actually looking for a used Subaru as my son would soon be inheriting the car I owned. My husband had purchased a used Subaru Outback and recom I was actually looking for a used Subaru as my son would soon be inheriting the car I owned. My husband had purchased a used Subaru Outback and recommended I look for one also. I noticed that one of my friends was drving a new Subaru Outback, and when I asked her about it she indicated she had gotten it from Dahl in LaCrosse and if I was interested I should ask for Jeff. I called on Friday to see if Jeff was working on Saturday, he was. My husband and I went to Dahl, met Jeff, and within an hour I had purchased a brand new 2014 Subaru Outback. Straight information and easy to do business with. Very rewarding experience! More
Anthony is the man! I was really into the Genesis Coupe and had been looking for one as soon as winter was over. After going to my local dealer in Chicago, I saw every tr I was really into the Genesis Coupe and had been looking for one as soon as winter was over. After going to my local dealer in Chicago, I saw every trick in the book that car salesman use to trick people into buying at a higher price. I found Dahl Hyundai selling a new 2013 genesis coupe for 4,500$ UNDER MSRP and included a rebate from Hyundai for an extra 1000$ off. When I emailed the dealership, Anthony wasnt at all trying to oversell me or push me to run credit over the internet. He even promised to right me up an invoice in case I was scared that the price would change when I got there. Needless to say, I had Anthony and Jim run my credit to see if they could beat my rate and they did! When I drove 250 miles to make the purchase (IL-WI), Anthony informed me of the extra additions you can get for the car and wasnt trying to force them on me like a typical car salesman. I decided to take a small package because I wanted to thank him for all the help and get him some compensation. Anthony is a really great, genuine guy and really tries to help you. I spoke with him over text and email and phone calls for over a week and he was able to respond and answer all my questions and I got the car at the price I was offered with the rate I was approved for. Saved over 2000$ versus the Chicago Dealer! More

His constant care, concern, diligence, hard work, no hassling, supportive marketing assistance is what keeps us going back to Dahl - not only for Subaru vehicles (which we have come to love and will not go back to any other kind), but for Jeff's guidance and aid in making that next big purchase. Kyle is very friendly and he did everything he could to meet my expectations. Compared to other sales representatives, he makes you feel like he is here to listen and help you. I have met sales people who show no interest in helping you. Not kyle, I give him easily a 5 star (10/10) Jim was amazing, friendly and full of energy. Even after showing me the pile of papers I had to go through he still took his time and we completed the forms at my pace. The day after I asked Jim to send me a summary of all the additionnal protection I added to my car and in less than 10 minutes I received a very friendly email with all the details. 5 stars easily for Jim as well! In a phrase: I do recommend Kyle and Jim and if you are looking to buy a car you honestly should give them a chance. I am certain that they will impress you as well. More

My experience with Dahl went exactly how buying a car should be. I had done my research and I knew pretty much what I wanted when I walked in the door. I was not pressured into anything specific, but I should be. I had done my research and I knew pretty much what I wanted when I walked in the door. I was not pressured into anything specific, but I was given many options. Jeff was great. He made himself available to answer all of my questions. At no point was I shoved aside or avoided. I had very specific requests when it came to color, options, etcetera and all of my requests were addressed. When Dahl did not have the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot, Jeff took the initiative to find it. My car was brought in from another state and was one of two in the entire Midwest that matched my request. Jeff followed through from start to finish and beyond. After signing papers and everything, Jeff walked out to the vehicle with me and was able to show me even things I hadn't known about the car. I contacted him even after the sale for assistance with the Hyundai "Bluelink" system. He took the time to walk me through and help me get everything working with the vehicle. I made an off handed comment while inside the showroom. I said that "this is exactly how buying a car should be." I stand behind that. Jeff and the team at Dahl made the experience very easy. They made the experience fun and enjoyable. I did not expect that. I, as so many often do, expected an adversarial frustrating buying experience. My assumptions could not have been further from the truth. Jeff Krause and Dahl have gained a customer through top notch service. Keep up the good work! More
