He was the first sales person ever to give us a detailed "tour" of our new car so we actually knew what myriad features we had and how to use them (who knew?!), and warmly invited us to call him for a "refresher" or other questions. Car repairs I brought my car into Dahl with several repairs needed. The headlights were very dull, the left blinker was burned out, and my steering wheel would shake when I pushed on the brakes. Not fully understanding what needed to be done or why, Tony was extremely helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car and why I felt the effects I did. He and his team fixed my car perfectly and I didn't feel cheated or taken advantage of because I don't know much about cars. I will definitely be coming back to Dahl for my future car repair needs.
