Brian stayed after his shift and was late for his personal plans to make sure my tire had a patch put on it. He was super friendly and didn't make it feel like a hassle. To top it all off he gave me the tire patch free of charge. Because of Brian I will continue to use Dahl for my service needs. More

Kyle Dulek and Mary Toppen are reason we returned! When I moved from Rockford, IL to Tomah, WI my last name was Todhunter. Many people misspelled it! So, I always said, "Todhunter, one D and one wor When I moved from Rockford, IL to Tomah, WI my last name was Todhunter. Many people misspelled it! So, I always said, "Todhunter, one D and one word". I made my first appt with Dahl in early 2004 for my 1999 Outback. Mary Toppen ( Please forgive me if I misspelled your name) remembered how to spell my name when I came to the appt! I went home and ordered her a bouquet of flowers! It means a lot to be recognized and remembered. Mary and the great little 1999 Outback I had for 15 years is the reason we came back to Dahl. Kyle was the first salesman to shake our hands and ask if we needed help. How fortunate we were. Kyle is awesome. My husband and I are in our 60s and he took his time with us. Things have sure changed since 1999! We had so many questions and Kyle answered them all. He is very knowledgable about the Subaru brand and how to treat his customers. We cannot say enough good about Kyle. ?We brag about him to our friends! Thanks to Jim Abeyta for praying with us! He realized the need for prayer when he heard about a serious illness that ha affected my life this summer. I'll take all the prayers I can get! More

I had researched them online and then kept my eye on the t My wife and I were very pleased with our purchase of a used Subaru Outback from Dahl Auto. I had researched them online and then kept my eye on the the Dahl lot and finally saw the car that best fit our needs (used, but low mileage). Jeff Krause was the sales rep who approached us on the lot as we were looking at the car and we feel fortunate to have worked with him. Jeff is very knowledgable and appropriately laid-back person. He knew the car very well, pointed out some features of the vehicle, and then gave us the keys to take it for a test drive. This was a Friday evening and we had a family event to get to, so we didn't have time to start working on the purchase of the car. There was no pressure from Jeff at all to get the deal done and I let him know we'd think about it over night and then be in touch on Saturday. That night I researched the price of the car and found it to be very appropriately priced, so there would be no need for an extended back and forth process to settle on a price. Jeff and I took care of the price over the phone and I know we got a fair deal for this popular vehicle make and year. We came back to the dealership on Saturday afternoon and Jeff had the car ready to go for us. There were no awkward moments waiting for "management approval" on the price as I've dealt with at other dealerships. Jeff explained the different warranty options and there was no pressure to add these additional coverages. He explained the services and was very clear about their prices. We took care of financing with Jim Abeyta and it was also a very positive experience. Jim is a very energetic and positive person and he took time to explain all the steps necessary to complete the financing and registration. Again, no pressure to add additional services and there were no surprises when we got to the final price of the purchase. We did our financing through Subaru and were very happy with the terms. As part of our purchase agreement, I wanted the all-weather floor mats and Jeff was able to get them for me within just a few days. He followed through exactly on what we agreed on. Our purchase of the Outback was a very positive experience thanks to Jeff and Jim. I felt like we got exactly what we wanted and weren't "sold" a thing. When we are in the market to buy another car, I'd definitely go back to Jeff and the Dahl crew. More

Anthony is the best!! I live in Minneapolis. I was looking for a 2013 low mileage Toyota Matrix. I found it a Dahl Automotive in Winona Mn, When I went to purchase that car I live in Minneapolis. I was looking for a 2013 low mileage Toyota Matrix. I found it a Dahl Automotive in Winona Mn, When I went to purchase that car I found it had been transferred to Dahl in LaCrosse, Wi. I starting emailing Anthony and he was very willing to work with means helpful. We talked on the phone also. He was always available and very nice to work with. My car had never been owned by anyone but Dahl, so I could not license it in Minnesota until I get a form which takes a while to get. Anthony sent me a new temporary plate for my car. He helped me with every step. I got only 1 key for my car. Anthony contacted Dahl Automotive in Winona and then sent the key to me.. Because there were 2 States involved with this car, it got a little complicated sometimes...but Anthony totally came through for me at every turn... Thank you, Anthony. More

He gained my trust last year when my husband and I bought our Crosstrek from him. Than I was suddenly widowed and knew nothing aboout my husbands car. Kyle has been great about taking time whenever I stopped in to explain things I might not understand. He is friendly, patient and courteous. That is why, once again, when I bought a new phone and did not know how to hook it to the bluetooth. I thought nothing about stopping to ask Kyle for assistance. Of course Kyle assisted me as he always has.hooking up my phone. We started talking about the 2015 Legacy, that was on the showroom floor by his desk, and he showed his knowledge of the car by showing it to me. He never once pressured a sale, even though he could have Instead, just showed his knowledge and enthusiasm of the new car.When I said how much I liked it he asked me if I wanted to see what my CrossTrek was worth.. Needless to say, I am a proud new owner of a 2015 Suburu Legacy.Because of the ease of working with Kyle, and his knowledge and friendliness I trust him and the dealership totally. I will never buy a car from another salesman or from another dealership even if I leave the LaCrosse area.. You can tell Kyle loves what he does, it is not just a job, but he likes helping his customers and makes everyone feel like a family member. More

We arrived an hour before closing and Anthony greeted us. Showed us a couple of cars. I took one for a test drive and loved it. He said he would work on everything for us the next day and we were able to do everything over the phone my husband was able to pick up the new car and trade in the old one and sign the papers the next afternoon. It was by far the easiest purchase process ever and Anthony was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Not a pushy sales person at all. We love our new Santa Fe and would highly recommend Anthony! More
