Excellent I had talked to Kyle about 4 years ago about a vehicle. Then, choose not to buy it and then contacted him again about another vehicle in May. He got me the information, scheduled a test drive and talked with me about it for quite a while. Again I decided it wasn't the best option for me. Then this past November I started looking again at vehicles and decided on a GMC Acadia. Though this particular dealership does not carry GMC one of their sister stores does. I emailed Kyle on a Monday, got a prompt response and scheduled a test drive for Wednesday. With out even speaking to him on the phone I showed up to test drive the vehicle and he remembered me, my wife, and that my wife was pregnant with our four year old daughter from the first time we met. I test drove the vehicle and choose to purchase it. I never felt pressured through out the entire process and would recommend Kyle to anybody looking to purchase a used car. I drove countless cars and dealt with people at every dealership within a 30 mile radius. I feel he took the best care of me and made the transition out of my truck to my suv go seamlessly. Josh took care of the money end of this deal and made that go as fast as I could have asked for. When I came in the next day to pick the SUV up, Josh and Kyle both thanked me and took care of their prospective ends of the deal. I was in and out in a total of fifteen minutes. More

Above and beyond I was looking for a very specific vehicle that was very difficult to find and Kyle never gave up. He found it for me and it was perfect.
