In the past buying a car was very stressful and not something I looked forward to mainly in part of the experiences I had with other dealerships. Well this was not the case here, the team I worked with made it fun and they were extremely knowledgeable in every phase of the process. Ken Hauser was my sales rep. He had worked with me over the last few months on identifying the needs of my growing family. He would reach out and keep me informed on different models I was interested in. Bait and Switch I drove 2.5 hours with young kids and took a vacation day to buy a CX9. Salesman Anthony Zito said paint and body on car was fine.
