Super nice and no pressure but it is a lengthy process I expected to spend a week buying a used car but one trip to Dahl and I found a great car in one day. I test drove three vehicles and selected one of those. No pressure at all from Ken. They got the car squeaky clean and filled it with gas and even put my license plates on for me. The finance part was a bit on the lengthy side but only because they were short an employee that day. Jim was so sparkly and upbeat and made the final part of the deal fun even though it was 8PM and we were all starving.
