Excellent Experience We had started the process of looking for a Ford Edge or Escape in our hometown but didn't like the offer we were given by a local dealer for both ou We had started the process of looking for a Ford Edge or Escape in our hometown but didn't like the offer we were given by a local dealer for both our trade and the new vehicle price so we decided to wait and keep looking. We have a 2nd home in the Onalaska area and decided to go online and see what Dahl dealership may have available; that's when we connected with Jessi Sveen. She was very attentive to our quick request to come in a drive an Edge. She asked a lot of questions about what we were looking for and what the vehicle would be used for. We drove a couple and then sat down to discuss options. Jessi got Joshua Anderson involved with us to discuss the vehicle options and deal as well. They ended up finding us a Ford Edge with all the options we were looking for at a different dealer. They offered us a great price on the vehicle, a fair trade value for my car, and figured out all the available rebates. They were able to get the vehicle to their dealership within the week. Joshua helped to arrange for tinting the windows and getting some of the protective finishes on the vehicle prior to us picking it up. We were so pleased with the attention to details that they both showed. Jessi even took pictures and emailed those to us as soon as the vehicle showed up on their lot! When we came to pick up the vehicle they again showed excellent customer service and went over everything from the warranties, service, and how everything worked on the vehicle. This was one of the best car buying experience we have ever had and we would definitely recommend Dahl Dealership, Jessi Sveen and Joshua Anderson to anyone looking for their next vehicle. More
