I love my new truck. I started 6 months ago looking at the salesperson I wanted to deal with and the service I was expecting. I never get in a hurry, my last truck was almost 19 years old and still looks almost new. I expect the service to be equal to how I take care of my truck. Don't ever think that a dealership is perfect and never makes a mistake, that will not happen. The most important is how the problem is handled, do they admit there was a mistake and do they fix the problem and compensate you for your time. The many years that I have dealt with Dahl Ford they are not without mistakes, but have always come threw and made me happy. I have no doubt they will continue that great service. More
