Had to take my new Ford Edge back in after it’s first oil change because they didn’t secure the dipstick and oil was leaking and creating a smell. I was not pressured to buy. I had unlimited access to the vehicle on my own, test drive it and had a personal interaction with the vehicle to my satisfaction. The salesman Zach was excellent, answered all my questions and gave me useful information about the vehicle. He gave me a good deal that met my budget. I had options for purchase and the sales and documentation came down quick and accurate. After the purchase was done, Zach went through the features of the truck thoroughly. I have driven the truck over 500 mile since purchase without any problems. I guess you can consider me a satisfied customer. More
