I've been in the restaurant service industry for 15+ years and will be continuing to serve here soon in the twin cities area as a police officer/social worker. I state this because I know service when I see it and receive it. Dahl Dealership and their staff were top notch for me. Shane (salesman) and Laura (manager) were the best! I could definitely tell they have been in the customer service industry for many years. Whether it was multi-tasking, listening, make someone feel comfortable, or discussing and working with the numbers...they did it all. I felt welcome and none pressured the whole time. Its was my first experience buying from a dealer and they were very accommodating walking me through the process. It was a great experience. Thanks again for helping me get my dream truck. PS.
