so far i love my escape. it handles nice, i sit comfortable in it and i can get in and out of it with no issues. My salesman (Andrew Berry) and the staff that asst. him were very helpful and he exp comfortable in it and i can get in and out of it with no issues. My latest stop for service was not up to their usual high standards. The bill included 2 jugs of def fluid when only part of one was used. After calling them I was credited back the 1 jug overcharge and was standards. The bill included 2 jugs of def fluid when only part of one was used. The interior smelled like diesel (had the fuel filter changed) and I noticed oily marks on the lower part of the driver door. The tech must have had diesel on his boot or pant leg. Had to clean the door to get rid of the smell. More
