A couple years ago I inquired about purchasing a used Ford Edge, Tim McCallson knew of a vehicle he thought I would like. He got Randy McDaniel involved and once I saw the Edge I loved it.....the color Ford Edge, Tim McCallson knew of a vehicle he thought I would like. He got Randy McDaniel involved and once I saw the Edge I loved it.....the color was perfect!! Loved everything about the Edge!! So then a couple weeks ago it was brought to my attention that there was a 2021 Edge on the lot...same exact color as mine with more bells and whistles. Contacted Randy, told him what I was thinking and the payment I wanted to be at and if it didn't work out that was ok because I still had a great vehicle. Well....he made it work, I now have the 2021 Edge and I absolutely love it!!! My husband will be needing a new truck soon and we will me contacting Randy. Dahl Ford made it work for us!!! When I scheduled my oil change I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. When I brought the vehicle in I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. When I paid the bill I asked what oil was used and he full synthetic oil. When I brought the vehicle in I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. When I paid the bill I asked what oil was used and he said a semi synthetic oil. I said that I told them twice to use full synthetic. He said semi synthetic was used last time. So this will be the last time I use Dahl Ford. Bob Klug More
