We were from Waterloo and blew-out a spark plug (a mile away) on our 2 Thanks for the quick service and having professional and experienced people. We were from Waterloo and blew-out a spark plug (a mile away) on our 2003 E-150 cargo van late on Monday afternoon and your people quickly checked the engine, determined the problem / failure and were able to start repairs on the engine quickly the next morning and we had the vehicle back by mid-afternoon. TOOK MY 2008 F 150 LARIAT TO DAHL FOR A GRINDING SOUND I TOOK MY 2008 F- 150 LARIAT IN FOR WHAT WAS A GRINDING NOISE IN THE FRONT END . THINKING IT WAS A BRAKE PROBLEM. WORKED WITH BOTH DAN AND APRIL AND I TOOK MY 2008 F- 150 LARIAT IN FOR WHAT WAS A GRINDING NOISE IN THE FRONT END . THINKING IT WAS A BRAKE PROBLEM. WORKED WITH BOTH DAN AND APRIL AND THEY FOUND THAT IT WASN'T BRAKES BUT A FRONT RIGHT WHEEL BEARING. THEY FIXED IT UP AND HAD IT READY AT THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK EFFORT AND ALSO THEY ALSO INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS STILL COVERED UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. WHICH I HAD ALMOST FORGOTTEN. ABOUT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE FOLLOW UP. ALSO STOPPED IN TO LOOK AT 2017 MODELS AND ARE WORKING WITH STEVE GALANIUS ON PRICING FOR EITHER AN EDGE OR ESCAPE AND ARE STILL IN THAT PROCESS YET! More
