Lynze arranged for Cleaveland to take me home on the shuttle. She also called Hertz for me and made arrangements for my rental car. Lynze and Cleaveland made my life easier which I appreciated! Lynze and Doug were able to diagnose the two major problems. However, it would cost me a lot of money to fix my 1999 Crown Victoria, and I don't plan to keep my car for much longer. They assured me that my car was still safe to drive and filled my overflow coolant. They also made arrangements for Eli to show me a new 2022 vehicle which met my list of requirements. I plan to go back and try a new Ford Escape SE before I make any final decisions. I really appreciated the assistance that Lynze, Doug, and Eli gave me even though I decided not to repair my car due to the cost. More

Hour and a half oil change. I do not want nitrogen in my tires, I’m well aware my tires are almost shot, my brakes are fine, and my front end does not need aligned. This dealership has a great body shop and the parts people ( and everybody else) seem friendly enough, but I’ll be doing my own oil changes going forward. More
