New Tires I discovered I had a flat tire and hoped it was something that could be quickly fixed and send me on my way. Unfortunately, it wasn't that simple and I discovered I had a flat tire and hoped it was something that could be quickly fixed and send me on my way. Unfortunately, it wasn't that simple and I was going to have to replace the tire. They offered me the option of only replacing one (the cheapest option), but recommended two. I opted to replace two of my tires, but needed to get to work. They took me to work, and dropped me off, then picked me up to get my car, at a time that was convenient for me, so as to not disrupt my day any more than it already was. They also proved to be the lowest price in town on my particular tires. I called a few other places and no one could put the exact same tires on my car and the ones that had the correct size were more expensive. I've always been happy with the service I receive at Dahl. This time was no different. More

"The Squeaky Trunk Lid Gets The Grease" I brought the wife's Explorer in for an oil change, and asked if I could sneak in the SHO as well. Dan Wich snuck it in, and gave it a wash to boot! I brought the wife's Explorer in for an oil change, and asked if I could sneak in the SHO as well. Dan Wich snuck it in, and gave it a wash to boot! I was picking it up from the shop later that day and mentioned a deck lid squeak that had resurfaced with the warm weather. Dan asked if I had a second, and when I told him I did, he took The SHO himself over to a tech and before knew it they had made an adjustment to the right side hinge, and the lid operated perfectly! I told them, "Thanks for fixing that," and Dan said, "That's what we do." It sounds simple to type it, but it is a lost art they practice over there--real customer service. You know how at some places you can feel like it's a bother for them to look over your car, or that it's an inconvenience for them to do anything that isn't written up at the time you first bring it in? Not at Dahl. These guys always, ALWAYS ask me if that's all they can do for me. I love that when I bring up and issue, they seem positively giddy about getting it done right. Well, 'giddy' might be a slight exaggeration, but since other places I've been (even other Ford dealers) have seemed annoyed, it's really cool to deal with "car guys" from start to finish. Thanks guys! More
