Excellent Service I wait for my vehicle when I take it in for routine service. The Sevice team meets me promply, completes a walk around of the vehicle, and gets it in I wait for my vehicle when I take it in for routine service. We were from Waterloo and blew-out a spark plug (a mile away) on our 2003 E-150 cargo van late on Monday afternoon and your people quickly checked the engine, determined the problem / failure and were able to start repairs on the engine quickly the next morning and we had the vehicle back by mid-afternoon.
