Ford was running a program pricing 4 of the Michelin Brought in my 2014 Ford Focus Electric for it's 10,000 mile checkup and a set (4) of new tires. Ford was running a program pricing 4 of the Michelin Energy Saver A/S (P225/50R17 93V) for $730, including mounting, balancing, stems and disposal of old tires. Normally, these tires list for $205.99 each, so Ford's program pricing was, in my opinion, a great deal. My service Rep was April and everything about the service visit went smoothly. More

It was easy and seamless and when I took it to the dealership for the service, they were extremely friendly. I went in for an oil change; they said they would look it over and let me know if there was anything else needed. They called me right away to let me know about the car needing an alignment, and I had anticipated that anyway. :) When I picked up the car, which was done before I said I needed it, they had WASHED MY CAR! That was HUGE to me as I loved that extra touch of customer service they did! I will definitely go back for service again. More
