When I purchase my 2013 Ford Escape in 2014, I received a 75-cent-for-life oil change deal, and that is a huge savings since I drive 70+ miles to work and back every day. The efficiency of the service desk personnel is good, but April is always honest and fair when reporting what my car needs next. April and the 75-cent-for-life oil changes are my primary reasons for continuing to have service work done on my Escape at Dahl. Thank you. More
