Ian was very polite and knowledgeable on the service that was required. He explained everything in detail and offered the time frame fit when the work would be complete. Service center took care of the oil change in a timely manner. Pat the cashier was great at solving the problem I had and FatPat upstairs and the tech guy were great helping me with the Ford Pass on my ne manner.
