Great experience! Ike was a very helpful and helped me get a very great deal. Then took time to show me how things worked in my truck. Synced my phone and put an app Ike was a very helpful and helped me get a very great deal. Then took time to show me how things worked in my truck. Synced my phone and put an app on my phone that I can use for many things including starting my truck. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle I will be back, to see Ike. The closer that took care of the paperwork even found another rebate so the total price was less than agreed upon. It is people like these two that bring back customers, I will return! More

Best management and service in town!!! Had an oil leak start 2:00 pm Saturday was hoping to get it fixed because I needed the car for work Monday. I knew this was going to be a long shot bu Had an oil leak start 2:00 pm Saturday was hoping to get it fixed because I needed the car for work Monday. I knew this was going to be a long shot but called up to Dahl to see if they had time to look at it. Hoping it was something simple that could be fixed on the spot. I was told they were short-handed and it may be a little bit of a wait. The service manager himself pulled it in to look at it. Lucked out it was just a damaged oil filter that was able to be removed and replaced. Manager was very kind, didn't give me the "you're making me do stuff attitude". Thank you Dan Wich!!! Not only will I have a ride to work on monday but a good night sleep instead of wondering whats wrong with my car and how much its going to cost. More
2018 Ford Fusion We honestly weren't looking to trade-in our 2013 Edge because we didn't think it was possible. We had made a bad purchase three years ago on that vehi We honestly weren't looking to trade-in our 2013 Edge because we didn't think it was possible. We had made a bad purchase three years ago on that vehicle, we overpaid and took out too long of a loan, funny enough we bought it at Dahl. We weren't happy with the purchase even though we liked the vehicle because we were upside down from the start and we had even made extra payments too!! BUT Dahl has been trying to make it right for us since they found out we were unhappy. We had bought our Nissan Titan from Doug back in May. He and Brenton worked out a great deal for us then. Fast forward to yesterday, when we got a call from Doug letting us know the trade in value on the Edge because we had brought it in for service the week before. This actually just rubbed salt on the wound because it made it glaringly obvious how upside-down we were on the loan. HOWEVER, Doug, Elias, and Brent went the extra mile yesterday to get us into a 2018 Ford Fusion so that we are no longer upside-down by over $6K! They gave us a little extra on the trade and found us a great vehicle with enough rebates to get us in better shape. Our payments are only slightly higher than they were on the Edge BUT we will pay off the loan in the same timeframe as our previous loan and it's a newer car so it'll hopefully have a better value when we trade it in so Doug put that on your calendar to call us when that time comes! It's not just the money though, there are some little things that will keep us coming back: 1) Dahl has been trying to make it right for us since they found out. I'm not sure most dealerships would even care. 2) Doug, Brenton, and Elias went the extra mile for us last night including staying late, moving our stuff from the Edge to the Fusion (sorry there was a lot of stuff), and Elias shared his Cheetos after we said we were hungry! I mean who does that?! Only a really awesome sales guy! 3) Terry the Finance guy! He has helped us with all three of the vehicles we purchased from Dahl. He is truly on top of his game and had everything ready to go for us last night so none of us had to stay any later than we already had! Thanks to all four of those guys for helping us out. I means so much more when companies try to make things right! More
