The night before my appointment I got a call from Courtney asking if I would like my current vehicle appraised while it was in for service. Though I had not been thinking of getting a different vehicle at this time, I figured information about my current car would be good to have. While my car was being worked on, Gunnar from Sales appraised it, and after taking time talking with me about my vehicles needs and wants, showed me some options for a different vehicle. Mike from Finance also worked with me after I had narrowed down what I would want in a vehicle and took a test drive. With the whole team being very patient with me and working with me extensively, I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience and the whole team was very patient and accommodating, making sure that I had the vehicle that best suited my needs and wants in every way, including financially. Headed in not anticipating trading in my old vehicle, I left extremely delighted in a new vehicle that the Dahl team made possible for me to buy. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Trading up to a newer Ford Escape I was coming in for an oil change and Jason called to see if I would be interested in an Audit on my 2015. He was so polite that I agreed. We went over the numbers while they were servicing my car. He wowed me with the new 2018 and 2019 Ford Escapes. I actually liked the 2018 better and did not feel any pressure to purchase either. I could have left with my 2015. But the seat warmers, the automatic start and various safety features won me over. Jason did a great job explaining everything. If he didn’t know an answer he quickly got a co-worker. I felt very confident and pleased in Jason’s performance. Financing went smoothly and in a few hours; I was in my 2nd new vehicle purchased from Dahl Ford. Jason has even called to see how I am liking my new vehicle and if I had any concerns. I love my new 2018 Ford Escape. I would recommend Dahl Ford and Jason Savala anyday. More

The Best Dealership I've Experienced Since 1996 My husband & I have had the great pleasure of working with Elias Munoz (Sales & Leasing Consultant). Our vehicle goal was to trade in our Jeep and pu My husband & I have had the great pleasure of working with Elias Munoz (Sales & Leasing Consultant). Our vehicle goal was to trade in our Jeep and purchase 2 separate vehicles with a payments no more than what we were currently paying for the Jeep. Plus we didn't want our credit hit so many times that our credit score would drop. We were fully prepared for the stress, shenanigans, unnecessary back & forth and disappointment that typically comes with purchasing a vehicle. Needless to say, this was a goal we had put off as long as possible. We searched online and really liked the Dahl Ford website, especially the "Value Your Trade" section. We were called by Dahl and scheduled an appointment. When we walked into Ford Dahl Ford, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and introduced to Elias. He was happy to see us, warm, welcoming and very motivated by our goal. He said that it could be done. We were surprised and a bit suspicious at first. But the more we worked together on the types of cars we wanted and what we would primarily use them for, the more we were confident in Elias and Dahl. The same day we came in, we were able to get the first car. It is a Honda CR-V. It did take almost 2 weeks to get the 2nd vehicle. But that had nothing to do with Dahl. That issue was due to the fiance company for the Jeep (Wells Fargo). They are crooks. But Dahl Ford rose to the top again and made it completely possible for us to work out making a better down payment to get the 2nd vehicle, all the while working around Well's Fargo shenanigans. We were able to get a Ford Focus SE. We are hugely grateful for Elias and the Dahl Ford team. I purchased my very first car in 1995 in Texas and it was a wonderful experience. I had not had that kind of experience since then until we came to Dahl Ford. All the staff we encountered made us feel so very welcome, The service was outstanding, Our of our goals were accomplished; and the best part is that we are not dead broke from the whole experience!!
