When I purchase my 2013 Ford Escape in 2014, I received a 75-cent-for-life oil change deal, and that is a huge savings since I drive 70+ miles to work and back every day. The efficiency of the service desk personnel is good, but April is always honest and fair when reporting what my car needs next.
