Stop in July 27th looking to get out of my currant car. I was approached by Ben Crawford and explained that I had a lot of negative equity and wasn’t sure if he would be able to help. Ben never made any pr I was approached by Ben Crawford and explained that I had a lot of negative equity and wasn’t sure if he would be able to help. Ben never made any promises and was up front and honest and simply said let’s see what we can do. Mr. Crawford took my information and got with Terry Nelson in the financial department and came back and told me that getting into a new car would probably be the best way to go. I don’t have the best credit but they said they would see what they could come up with. Mr. Nelson was trying to get a deal through Ford was not able to get me approved, but was able to get me approved through another lender and I signed and walk out in a brand new Ford. Then on the following Tuesday Mr. Nelson called me and me me to stop in. Unbelievably Terry continued to work on the deal through Ford and got me approved. To be clear they had the sale is was done. Terry didn’t have to do that but he cared enough to go the extra mile for his customer. He saved me thousands. I can’t say enough about Ben and Terry I am so grateful to meet them and will never buy another car from any other dealership. More
