This was the second car I bought from Jim at Dahl ford the first car was a 2006 Focus it was all I could handle with my poor credit.Jim put me on the recreditpair program and after a couple of years I was the first car was a 2006 Focus it was all I could handle with my poor credit.Jim put me on the recreditpair program and after a couple of years I was able to Re-finance my home loan from a 30 year to a 15 year loan.Then some more time went by and Mom called and said she wanted to test drive a new explorer and while she was doing that a Ford Edge Caught my eye and later that day Jim said Dahl was offering 120% trade in on my car .With the new Edge I got a better loan and it lowered my car insurance do to it having a number one safety rating.Well, why did I give Jim and Dahl Ford the Best rating ,they treat me like family. More
My overall experience was quite satisfactory, I did have one thing that did bother me. I bought a 2011 Ford Escape XLT Sport. When I arrived to pick it up there was tree sap on the sun roof glass that had one thing that did bother me. I bought a 2011 Ford Escape XLT Sport. When I arrived to pick it up there was tree sap on the sun roof glass that had not been cleaned, I was quite upset about this because I had just bought a brand new car. Other than that incident the salesman Bob Chase was terrific to deal with. Bob had the glass cleaned before I left, he helped me set up the Mircosoft Sync in the vehicle to work with my phone, and he helped me pick out just the perfect color of vehicle as long as one equipped with all the options. I was very picky when looking and Bob did not have one bad thing to say about the four or so hours we spent test driving and looking at possible Escapes. The service from everyone else was just lovely but I will certainly return because of Bob Chases' attitude to help the customer with whatever I needed or wanted. More

I was kind of a floater among a lot of you (my original sales person was on leave) and you all treated my husband and me like we were your one and only client. I have been to other dealerships and I always felt pressured, felt like the salesmen were too pushy or could care if they got a sale. I was 95% sure I was getting a Pilot this time and when I went to a Honda dealer in the area (a week before meeting Lisa) and I was so disgusted by the salesman that I wouldn't have bought a Pilot from him if he had given me the best deal ever! He keeps sending me fliers and mailers (too late buddy!)!!!! Anyway - you were all wonderful and the finance guy (was it Terry?) was a hoot! What a funny guy to deal money with! Thanks again - you made the purchase so easy from order to delivery! Car dealerships and the entire process make me nervous and EVERY time I walked in I felt so comfortable! Will recommend you to others! And I love my new vehicle! More
This is my first experience with Dahl Ford. I found the dealership via cars.com, as they had the '08 Ford Edge we were looking for. Since I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership, I doubt that I'll be ut dealership via cars.com, as they had the '08 Ford Edge we were looking for. Since I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership, I doubt that I'll be utilizing their service department. However, the buying experience was really good: very low-pressure and very friendly. I would not hesitate to deal with Dahl Ford again and I would gladly recommend them to my family & friends. More

I purchased a used Dodge Charger in Nov.2020. It came with a set of "fancy" tires to be put on this spring. Lugs and a wrench to fit were too be included. There were two sets of lugs (one incomplete) included. Seldom do I come back to a dealer for help, however in this case I was unable to find a specialty lug wrench to fit. I talked to my salesman (Chase) who sent me to service which sent me to parts,which sent me back to service where I was told to talk to my salesman. I explained I had already done that but went to him again. He personally took me to parts and explained what I needed and left. At this point things were getting a bit edgy. Parts said I should be talking to a Dodge dealer!!! I told them "I bought the car here." Once again I was told to see a Dodge dealer. At this point I'm thinking that sounded like good advice only too late since I already bought the car! SEE A DODGE DEALER?! Who do you think should have volunteered to see the Dodge Dealer? What a dumb ass thing to say! More

We had an outstanding experience with all the departments with this dealer. They were friendly, helpful & made sure your well being was looked after especially by the sales lady Lisa Blaser whom we dealt wit with this dealer.
