Over all it was good however the day after we took possession of our vehicle in the evening, we realized the next morning when the sun is out, there are many rock chips on the driver's side windshield which is a safety issue. This should have been noticed during inspection and taken care of. Now that we signed the papers, we are told it's not covered and it's not their problem, It’s ours. When we test drove the vehicle it was dirty and we didn't notice it last week. Now that it's clean and during the day I noticed it first thing this morning. Called before 8:30 am and no return calls back. Just told to call another party to repair it and I can pay them. Then we called back after work and everyone is too busy. Told she is busy with her customer trying to sell a car right now. Not a good feeling 15 hours after taking possession of the car. I hope and pray that the next thing that comes up we don't get treated like this! I am questioning the inspection too. It was cleaned and inspected in just a few hours. I have always been told wind shield chips can be a safety issue. Dahl Ford didn't look at it that way. No safety issue there for them! Just wanted to sell the vehicle and on to the next sale. Wish I could delete my review from this morning but I can't. I was told to do the review first thing this morning. I expected to be treated like a valued customer after I did the review. They also knew we are looking to purchase another car in August of this year and another one in 3 years. This surprised me greatly that no one called back the entire day or evening until my fiancé’ called at 5:00 and was also told “too busy”… We were treated like we were bothering them when we called back. I will pay the money tomorrow myself for the damaged windshield, and learn not to trust certain dealerships and people. It comes down to principal and honesty and good customer service. That's what I was looking for! With this experience and this being said we still had a great experience with Terry in the finance department. He was very informative and it seemed like he truly wanted to help us. Thank you Terry!

Once I spoke to Lisa Blaser,the day after, about what had happened. She said that isn't the way she handles her customers. I should not have been told by others there that it was my problem to fix. She said since I had the appointment with another company to fix the windshield that I could just send her the bill and it would be taken care. And true to her word, with in a few days I had the check in hand. Thank you Lisa for taking care of the windshield and restoring my faith in this dealership. A lot of miscommunication from others there but once I got to speak to Lisa myself and she understood what I had been told, she took care of things herself and put me at ease. Thank you Lisa for listening and for caring about your customers!!!
