My fiance and I had looked at a local dealership where I had purchased 2 cars within the past 5 years and thought we'd try to stay "loyal". I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE I HAD AT DAHL FORD. I DID A LOT OF COMPARISON SHOPPING AND IT ALWAYS SEEMED DAHL HAD THE EDGE. I've always dreaded car shopping because normally the salesmen are pushy and try to steer you toward the car they want to sell, not necessarily the one you want. What a great experience." Tim let me look around the lot without pressuring me but was close at hand whenever I had questions about any of the vehicles. After choosing a 2012 Ford Fusion, he showed me all of the features and fully explained how everything worked. He even programmed my phone into the Sync system and set up an appointment with a third party to install a remote start. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful. My daughter and granddaughter were with me and if you can keep a 4-yr. old entertained for three hours, you have to be doing something right! I've recommended them to everyone I know and my daughter also plans to return there to purchase a car. Keep up the good work and I hope you'll be around for many more years. Next time I need a new car, I won't have to think twice about where to go. More
