I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE I HAD AT DAHL FORD. I DID A LOT OF COMPARISON SHOPPING AND IT ALWAYS SEEMED DAHL HAD THE EDGE. IT WASN'T JUST THEY HAD THE TRUCK I WANTED AT THE PRICE I WAS LOOKING FOR. I DID A LOT OF COMPARISON SHOPPING AND IT ALWAYS SEEMED DAHL HAD THE EDGE. IT WAS THE SMALL THINGS THAT GOT MY ATTENTION, DOWN TO REMEMBERING TO CALL YOU BACK, OR KNOWING TO NOT CALL AT CERTAIN TIMES, GOING OVER EACH FEATURE MAKING SURE YOU SEE HOW AND WHY THAT IS A VALUE ADDED ITEM, ETC. MY SALESMAN TOM DID EVERYTHING I ASKED AND DELIVERED A TRUCK THAT FIT ME EXACTLY TO HOW I ASKED. IT WAS NICE TO WORK WITH SOMEONE SO PROFESSIONAL AND SEEMED TO WORK WITH ME ON MY WANTS AND NOT PUSHING WHATEVER THE CURRENT BIG PROMOTION WAS. HE MADE SURE I WAS GETTING WHAT I WANTED. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. IT SEEMS ALL TO OFTEN SALESMAN PUSH WHAT THEY WANT AND NOT FOCUS ON WHAT YOU ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR. THE EXPERIENCE ONCE I SIGNED THE DEAL, MADE IT EVEN MORE COMFORTING TO ME. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN ALL ASPECTS TO MAKING SURE I KNEW THE IN'S AND OUT'S ON THE SYNC SYSTEM, HOW THE DELIVERY WAS GOING TO GO, MAKING SURE I KNEW OF EACH FEATURE AND HOW IT WORKED. MY TRUCK IS RUNNING GREAT AND I AM LOVING DRIVING IT. I HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE CALLS FROM DAHL MAKING SURE I HOW COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE, AND I AM. I've always dreaded car shopping because normally the salesmen are pushy and try to steer you toward the car they want to sell, not necessarily the one you want. What a great experience." Tim let me look around the lot without pressuring me but was close at hand whenever I had questions about any of the vehicles. After choosing a 2012 Ford Fusion, he showed me all of the features and fully explained how everything worked. He even programmed my phone into the Sync system and set up an appointment with a third party to install a remote start. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful. My daughter and granddaughter were with me and if you can keep a 4-yr. old entertained for three hours, you have to be doing something right! I've recommended them to everyone I know and my daughter also plans to return there to purchase a car. Keep up the good work and I hope you'll be around for many more years. Next time I need a new car, I won't have to think twice about where to go. More
