My improptu visit to Dahl Ford resulted in an improptu purchase of a car. But they had the car that i exactly had in mind, right down to every detail. Javier was fantastic, i approached him outside on t purchase of a car. But they had the car that i exactly had in mind, right down to every detail. Right from the start i was pleased with how i was being treated as a "potential" customer. I was offered a test drive instantly, and it didn't take me long to fall in love with the vehicle. While i was gone on my test drive i asked Javier to gather some numbers for me on the vehicle i was interested in, and to give me an idea on what my current car would be worth on a trade. When i returned he had everything ready for me, including CarFax reports on the vehicle and my vehicle, which my previous dealership didn't show me. I informed him on what i was looking for in a monthly payment, and in a short time they were ready to show me an offer. We exchanged offers a few times on both my trade and the new vehicle in mention, Javier was extremely friendly, and seemed to work hard to get me what i wanted. Overall i was very suprised and pleased with how well everything went. I wound up purchasing the car that day, i was so happy, and Javier did such a good job helping me get a fair deal, the choice was without a doubt. Overall i felt very comftorable the whole time, and never pushed. I would definatly consider coming back to Dahl Ford and talking to Javier again in my next future vehicle purchase. More

I started my search for a "new-to-me" car last fall. I worked with Mike and test drove a few but decided through the shopping process that I wanted a Jeep. After months of searching, in not just Iowa but Illinois and Omaha, I found the EXACT car I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay!! We then worked with Javier when we went to look at the vehicle. He was friendly and helpful and ready to help us with whatever we needed. We were there at the end of they day, Javier didn't even think twice about helping us as we finished the sale after closing time. I never felt rushed to make my decision or finalize the deal. I have been a life long GM person and was a little more than hesitant on switching to Ford. I originally did my research on the internet and found Dahl Ford as a possibility for my new suv purchase. The initial phone contact was handled with great professionalism, which made it easier to visit the dealership. The Sales Manager I was told to see was busy at my arrival and while waiting a very short time, Javier came up and asked to help me. He did an excellent job in helping me with my decision and did not pressure me what so ever to make the purchase. During the whole process, I was always greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help or could they get me anything by all the staff present that I encountered. Javier made my decision to buy through his professionalism and knowledge of his product. He made sure I understood and answered all of my concerns and I know the pricing was great as well. He is an excellent employee for Dahl Ford as I suspect all your employees are. More
