After months of searching, in not just Iowa but Illinois and Omaha, I found the EXACT car I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay!! We then worked with Javier when we went to look at the vehicle. He was friendly and helpful and ready to help us with whatever we needed. We were there at the end of they day, Javier didn't even think twice about helping us as we finished the sale after closing time. I never felt rushed to make my decision or finalize the deal. I have been a life long GM person and was a little more than hesitant on switching to Ford. I originally did my research on the internet and found Dahl Ford as a possibility for my new suv purchase. The Sales Manager I was told to see was busy at my arrival and while waiting a very short time, Javier came up and asked to help me. He did an excellent job in helping me with my decision and did not pressure me what so ever to make the purchase. During the whole process, I was always greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help or could they get me anything by all the staff present that I encountered. Javier made my decision to buy through his professionalism and knowledge of his product. He made sure I understood and answered all of my concerns and I know the pricing was great as well.
