My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Dahl Ford. We were looking for a third vehicle for our 16 year old son. It was a delight to work with Bob Chase (even though he's a Redskins fan). Bob was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. We decided on a 2012 Ford Escape. We traded our Ford F 150 Harley Davidson truck, and I feel we received a very fair price for it. The financial gentleman was a lot of fun to work with also (packer fan. . . ugh!!!) Buying a car is not one of my favorite things to do and having to give up one of my Saturdays to do it is even worst. But Dahl Ford and Bob Chase made this experience very pleasurable. He went out of his way to stay passed closing time in order for me to test drive a car even before any offers were made. He was very helpful and respectful of the fact that this was my first time buying a car and had little to no knowledge of car buying. Also, Javier was very patient and informative while talking out pricing and car details over the phone and online with my father who lives in the Chicagoland area, and did everything he could to make the cross state deal as simple as possible. I was able to get an amazing deal on the car and the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed! Overall my first car buying experience could not have been better!
