I came from another Ford dealership with a guy that didn't know what he was talking about. He was promising the moon if he could. I wasn't comfortable so we moved on to Dahl Ford where we met Javier! He was the first car dealer that I ever felt comfortable with. He was knowledgeable about what I wanted and took the time to actually show me what the car I wanted had to offer. I had to buy a new vehicle ASAP while I was 7.5 months pregnant. After going to 2 other dealerships I found my way to Dahl. The others were a nightmare, one was lots of flash and money the other incredib pregnant. After going to 2 other dealerships I found my way to Dahl. The others were a nightmare, one was lots of flash and money the other incredibly greasy (sellers and vehicles), but as soon as I walked in and sat down with Nathan, I was impressed. The show room and Bathroom (!) were clean and welcoming. I told Nathan what I wanted to look at and a short time later he had me out test driving. Instead of showing me a bunch of vehicles I didn't want (experience at other dealers) he gave me exactly what I asked for. I decided immediately that I wanted to buy at Dahl and Nathan got me the price I was comfortable with. This was the most pleasant/stressless experience I did not expect when buying a new car. More

We feel so blessed that we stopped at Dahl Ford to look around for the Ford F150 that we were interested in, and especially blessed that it was Javier that came out to the lot immediately to meet us. Javier answered the questions that we had and explained the features of the vehicle we were interested in. Being in sales myself, I was particularly pleased that he listened to what we were saying and then addressing each of our concerns that we had regarding this very important purchase. Not only did Javier treat us with respect, he made us feel very comfortable and treated us like very close friends, even close to being treated as a family member would expect to be. We were also treated with respect and friendliness from other staff people at the dealership and never felt "threatened" while we were there. Customer Service they seamed to know what they were doing and if not they found someone who did. The friendliness of all that we ran into was good no one seemed in a bad mood and they looked like they enjoyed there work. The Overall Experience we had was great considering it is a car lot. I have a highly-modified 2005 Mustang and typically take it to my regular mechanic. As a general rule, I try to avoid dealerships like the plague. However, I recently had a particular problem that was, I felt after a LOT of consideration, probably best left to a Ford dealership to resolve. I bought my Mustang at Dahl Ford and knew it had a decent air of professionalism about the place. I contacted Dan Wich by phone and arranged to bring in the vehicle. Before the day of my appointment, I went out to meet with Dan in person. I wanted him to see my Mustang (seeing it gives everyone a pretty good idea of how "special" it is to me). I again explained the problem, and Dan left me feeling comfortable in my decision to leave my Mustang with the Dahl service department. When I brought it in on the day of my appointment, April Ricketts handled things... took my keys, went over the work to be performed, et cetera. She arranged for someone at the dealership to drive me to work that morning (and when the work was all done, to pick me up from work). She, like Dan, also made me feel like my Mustang wouldn't be "hurt" while in their care. Later that day, Dan called me at work and told me they had identified the problem, located the correct replacement part, and gave me a cost estimate. I gave him my permission to proceed with the work. When everything was done, and I picked up my Mustang, the problem (an issue with the lumbar support) was resolved to my satisfaction, there was no damage to the interior, and a walkaround revealed no dents or scratches. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and actually came out a bit cheaper than I was expecting. Dan and April are professionals, courteous, and they treat you like people, not just portable wallet carriers. Though I am still going to avoid dealerships like the plague... at least where my Mustang is concerned... I have no problem whatsoever in recommending Dahl's service department. If you deal with Dan or April, I believe you'll be taken care of properly and in a manner to your liking. More
