My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Fusion from Dahl. Javier was the salesman that helped us through the process and was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working with Allan Jackson. He was very professional and personable. Allan was able to find the F-150 I was looking for except for the comment below. Allan was very helpful explaining the features available with the XLT/Ecoboost engine/bucket seats/Sync system etc. My vehicle is my office for my business as I typically travel over 40,000 miles annully. The F-150 will provide plently of comfort & room for me and my cargo. The only regret I have is that I DID NOT know the radio is not satelite ready & I was not aware of that until I contacted Sirius/XM to transfer my account from my previous vehicle (Ford Edge) to my new vehicle. I have enjoyed satelite radio for many years and was suprised to learn that the "Sirius" button on the truck dash is no guarentee that the radio is satelite radio. Dahl Ford service department quoted me a price of $650 plus tax for the upgrade. I have not decided what to do yet - but disappointed that Dahl Ford wouldn't help me more on the misunderstanding. I believe the radio should have been satilite ready and not an extra expense. More
My son started working with Cory over a year ago regarding the purchase of a Ford Flex. It was really by accident that I stopped at Dahl last Tuesday and noticed a "demonstrator" Flex on the lot. I regarding the purchase of a Ford Flex. It was really by accident that I stopped at Dahl last Tuesday and noticed a "demonstrator" Flex on the lot. I called my son to ask him the name of the salesman he had been working with last year and immediately called Cory to inquire about the demonstrator Flex. Later that day I met my wife at Dahl who had already been welcomed by Cory. One thing led to another and the demo model was to be ours 24 hours later. One of the coolest things to come of the experience was that even though I had already lined up private financing, Cory convinced us to apply for the Ford Motor Company financing which in the long run will save us almost $10K in finance charges over my private financing. I went into Dahl Ford having no expectation of buying a vehicle that day, I was just going to look to get a feel for what I wanted. I did however have several criteria in mind on price and options. I originally was looking to test drive a few SUV's and after having done that I really wasn't impressed with any, and Javier I think could sense that nothing was really jumping out at me...I dont know if it was on a whim or what but he mentioned that there was a Chrysler 300 that had just arrived..well, I love Chrysler 300's and pretty much drool over them every time I see one so of course I was interested in driving it, not really thinking that I could afford one; I drove it anyway! Oh, am I glad I did! I got in and felt like I was 'one' with the car, It was AWESOME! Then I drove it, and it too was AWESOME! Javier was very easy to talk to, and I could tell that he really listened to what it was that I wanted as soon as I sat in that beautiful machine:) At one point while test driving it I looked over at Javier and asked him if it felt like we were going 85 mph, (relax, I slowed down) he probably said no, I don't really know because I was enjoying the drive so much I don't know what he said! But it sure didn't feel like we were going that fast! Needless to say, I didn't need to drive any more vehicles! The 300 had my heart! Dahl was able to get me in this vehicle at a payment that was in my budget and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Javier for listening and just knowing what vehicle I was destined to drive! I Freaking Love my car! My overall experience at Dahl Ford was GREAT because of all the above mentioned reasons!! More
