When it came time to replace my '05 GMC Sierra I had 227,000 miles on it and it was the best vehicle I had owned to date. Due to a partnership agreement I have a limit on the monthly payment for my vehicle and cannot put anything but the former vehicle into the deal - no extra cash. I'm also pretty fussy about what I drive and seem to prefer packages that most dealers do not stock. I had been to many other dealerships for a couple months including Chevy, Ford, GMC, and Dodge and they all seemed to want to sell me whatever they had in stock that was "close" to what I wanted. Or, if they tried to "build" a vehicle for me it became cost prohibitive. I then recalled having bought 3 Transits from Tim O'Leary at Dahl and how much I liked working with him two years ago. Tim did not dissappoint. He listened to me and understood what my limits were and what I was trying to get (i.e. the most truck I could wrangle) within those limits. Both Tim and Terry (in finance) worked very hard alongside IH Miss Valley CU to make this deal happen and I am confident that I am now driving as much "truck" as the Partnership limits allowed. I have my Premium Sound, Rear Camera, Crew Cab, Leather Seats, Sync, and yet a 2WD which is all I insist I need (despite every dealer only stocking 4X4s and Extended Cabs, it seems). I got the truck I WANT and didn;t have to settle. Thank you Tim for getting it! And thanks to Terry and IHMVCU for not making us jump through a million hoops but rather trusting that we are good for the credit. It felt like old school "my word is my bond" handshake dealing and I very much appreciate that gesture! More

I have bought many cars in my past but never have I had a sales person offer to help me clean out my trade in and place my items into my new car, JAVIER OFFERED, to me that's over the top. He knew all about the Ford Edge and was always able to answer all our questions.. prior to our purchase he said he would have things done to the vehicle and to my surprise it was done and we were even 4 hours early for our appointment and the car was sitting in the lot all ready for customer delivery..
