James Drummond, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and easily accessible....all without being pushy and bothersome like some car salespeople can be. They handled retrieving just the right new vehicle for my husband along with the huge amount of paperwork in the most efficient way possible. James and Dahl Ford assisted us in surprising our son with his truck right there at the dealership last night. It was definitely the "cherry on top."
