After some we will just say very disappointing experiences at a different Ford dealership, we decided to look at some other dealerships. We were working everything out via email and phone and still things went very smoothly - because they went the extra mile. We would without a doubt recommend them. When we got there, I was so excited my vehicle was there (because of issues I had at the other dealership) and it was evident through the entire process that they are playing the long game not the short game unlike many dealerships. One of the biggest surprises I had happened at the dealership, but they knew nothing about: My boyfriend proposed once we finished the sale and got in my new Escape! He decided that with all my bad experiences we were going to start this vehicle with a new positive memory.
