After an accident claimed the life of my Chevy Blazer I was in need of a new vehicle. My husband purchased a new Ford truck 1 year ago from Tim O'Leary at Dahl Ford and was completely satisfied with both T was in need of a new vehicle. He told Tim at that time that I may be interested in trading this year for a new Escape. The accident moved my decision up a few months. When we arrived at Dahl I was very impressed with Tim's attitude. I felt that although he probably knew that I was there "to buy", never did he try "to sell". He took all the time I needed to make my decision. He answered all of my questions and went over the lease option as well as the purchasing options available. I felt very comfortable that Tim was there to help me with my final decision. I felt he was very honest and put my best interest first. This was not the first time I have purchased a new vehicle but it was the first time I felt like I was dealing with a person and not a "salesperson" just trying to get a car out the door. I was under no pressure and that is what I appreciate most. It has been 3 weeks now in my new Escape and I love everything about it. My thanks to Tim for a great vehicle purchasing experience.I plan on keeping my car for a while before trading in so I hope Tim doesn't plan to retire any time soon...I look forward to working with him again in the future. We went to look at a couple of places for a used vehicle, and ended up coming back to deal with Dahl Ford. Why? Also the big plus at Dahl Ford is the outstanding customer service we recieved from Javier. He greeted us and was listening to what we wanted, then he took alot of time to show us vehicles and explain them to us. His knowledge in the field was outstanding, and wasn't BS! This gave us the chance to compare vehicles better, and have better understand what is available to us. Javier introduced a no pressure enviroment for us, and treated us with GREAT OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He is also kid friendly, my 5 year old really liked him, he took not only time for us but for my son too which made car shopping alot easier on us!!! When I was ready to purchase, I checked a few out in various places; at Dahl Ford I met Javier Calleja, and he was the first salesman/manager that let me keep a car for an overnight test drive. It is great to have a dealer rep in the car telling you about it during a test drive; it’s even better to have the car to yourself to be left alone with your thoughts for a while and really evaluate a vehicle. I spent 45 minutes with it myself, and then decided to buy it. Javier also met my price, and was very fair throughout the process, no nonsense, and games. I never felt pressured or left hanging on anything. I got straight forward answers to my questions and efficient handling of the documents and appointments. My husband and I found ourselves in immediate need of a vehicle following a collision that left our car a total wreck. We felt overwhelmed and under pressure to find something quickly; not a situation we're comfortable with, especially when purchasing big ticket items. I placed a call to K.V. Dahl, explained our predicament and immediately felt like a weight had been lifted! He asked what we were looking for in a new auto; make, model, options, price range, etc., and then arranged for us to meet, THAT DAY, with Javier Calleja. Javier called me 10 minutes later to confirm our meeting and to get an idea of what we might be interested in. He selected several vehicles for us to look at, walked us through the lot to look at each one (it was very cold and windy, I might add!), explained in great detail, all the specifics one would want to know about each one and then proceeded to guide us, first, toward the one he thought best matched our list of desirable features/qualities/ price range. He was spot on! After a test drive, it was love! Javier then spent a LOT of time with us; listening to our concerns, answering our many questions, he was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and so straight up! K.V. popped in several times to chat with us as well and introduced us to Dahl Ford's resident sweetheart, Ginny! We also spent considerable time with Terry, the financial specialist and he explained our many options, clearly and concisely, and calculated (and re-calculated) numbers to get us the best pricing, coverage and monthly payment. Long story short, I drove off their lot, THAT DAY, with an absolutely amazing new ride and, hands down, the BEST auto-buying experience EVER! The customer service was just exemplary! We were treated like family; we were afforded care, genuine concern and complete consideration from everyone involved in the process. Even now, days later, we are still basking in the glow of our "Dahl Ford Experience" as we show off our new Ford! We are very satisfied customers and have already recommended (and raved about!)
