Everyone I've ever worked with at Dahl has been great! I went from looking online at Ford Fusion hybrids the night before, to getting a test drive in the exact car I had configured and driving it o great! I was contacted quickly and follow through was timely without the feeling of being hassled. My salesperson, Lisa, was knowledgable and friendly. She walked me through every feature of the Escape and which options were available on each model. Lisa knew everything about this car! We took a test drive and I fell in love with the Escape. I knew I had to have it but I wasn't sure which model I could afford. Lisa and her manager worked with me on numbers and trade in allowance and I never felt pressure during this process. Everyone I encountered at Dahl Ford was happy and smiling. Mike walked me through all the paperwork and was friendly and informative through out the million signature process. Brenda was GREAT! We came in to browse, just to get started looking at options to trade in two vehicles and get another SUV. She was patient, sensible and helpful throughout 3 days and several hours of considerations. When I finally selected a 2010 Expedition that hadn't been at Dahl long enough to have been detailed yet, she ensured that it was at the front of the line for detailing. Brenda brought me to meet management on my way out and they generously offered to touch-up a scratch on the fender that had concerned me! Jim went above and beyond to first find out what I was looking for and what I would be using it for. Once we had selected a vehicle type and were about to take a test drive, he took me through the lot ju looking for and what I would be using it for. Once we had selected a vehicle type and were about to take a test drive, he took me through the lot just to see if there was another Edge on the lot that we had not seen. He knew I was not thrilled about the color of the one we were test driving, so he took the extra time to look. AND, he found the one I ended up buying. He gave me great examples of people he works with who drive the same type of vehicle and was professional the entire time. He also referred me to a great insurance guy. He was straight forward about everything. I enjoyed working with Jim! I am in sales myself so I am very very critical of how I am treated by other sales folks, and I had 0 problems with Jim. I then met with Mike Ohms, who was a great guy as well. He told it all to me straight on a financing and a warranty. I really have no reason why I will not buy my next vehicle from Jim. More

My husband and I needed to purchase two cars fast! We live in Chicago, but have heard such great things about Dahl Ford that we knew we were going to them. We worked with Javier Calleja and K.V. Dahl, over the phone, telling them what we wanted, when we needed it, etc. We got to the dealership and met with Javier (on his day off!) and he had picked out two perfect cars for us! The entire experience with Dahl Ford was fantastic! I love that K.V.-the owner-has his dog Ginny running around, and they let our dog come in and wander around with Ginny while we did the paperwork. The atmosphere in the dealership was so warm, friendly and fun! We actually had a good time buying our cars! I can't say enough good things about Javier, he went above and beyond what we expected to give us the best experience. We were so impressed that we were able to tell Javier, over the phone, what we wanted, and he got everything right-we didn't even look at other cars! He knew everything about the cars, and took the time to explain how everything worked, even giving us his cell phone number if we ever had any questions after leaving the lot. I also have to give a special shout out to the owner-K.V., he checked in on us every so often to make sure we were doing ok, played with our dog and just made us feel like a part of the Dahl family! We spent the next few days telling friends and family about the great experience we had at Dahl! We are now moving to Texas, but will always go back to Iowa to buy our cars from Dahl Ford! More
