Brenda was fantastic! Not only with helping us with our car. She was wonderful with my daughter also. She stayed 2 hrs over closing time to make sure we got to leave that day with our vehicle. Allan Jackson was wonderful in helping us order the car we wanted (after trying desperately to find one at another dealership). He was persistent in following-up to find out where it was in the build and t we wanted (after trying desperately to find one at another dealership). The factory was definitely slow in getting the car built (which is why the overall experience is rated lower -- all of which is out of control of the dealership), however Allan did all he could to keep us informed. I appreciated that very much! During our closing both Allan and Mike Ohm were great at making the experience fun for us and our 6-year-old son (who got to hit the bong and was elated at doing so).
