I have given a very high rating of my experience at Dahl because of the customer service I have received and continue to receive there. My boyfriend and I were looking for a reliable family car. We have a child on the way and we needed a vehicle that was more roomy and reliable than our car. Nick was the first person to greet me when I was looking around on the lot. He was quick to ask me the exact questions he needed to help me find what I was looking for. He was very down to earth and we had a great time working with him. As he is fairly new to being a salesperson, I greatly appreciated that if he did not know something, he did not hesitate to find someone that did. When it came to the financing, Nick introduced us to Dave. Dave worked absolute wonders on my car trade in and was able to find a lender to work with in our budget. He was great, and did everything he could for us. I will definitely tell everyone I know to check out Dahl Ford, and I will be revisiting them for future car purchases. We were very grateful to have a totally stress free expirience. We helped our mom purchase a new car after the death of our Dad. She was not willing to have people call her or bug her. Now we helped mom get a new Escape that meets all her physical needs and possible future needs, as well as she was so happy not to have anyone hassel her. Brenda was fantastic! Not only with helping us with our car. She was wonderful with my daughter also. She stayed 2 hrs over closing time to make sure we got to leave that day with our vehicle.
