my husband went in on 07/15/2013 to trade in his Hummer H2 and was greeted by Allan Jackson he saw a few trucks but did not make a decision until i was able to go with him the following 07/16/2013 day to s H2 and was greeted by Allan Jackson he saw a few trucks but did not make a decision until i was able to go with him the following 07/16/2013 day to see the trucks he selected..and thats when i met Allan Jackson we test drove three and we liket that Mr. Jackson had so much knowledge of these Trucks...we didnt make a decision but we did look around threw the great selection you had of used cars...so I told my husband let try trading my car in and Allan was with us and they lookt at each other and allan said ok let try...so we did! to make a long story short..Allan Jackson is a great salesman he did not pressure us, did not push us, gave us plenty of time to look around, would check up on us and until finally we sat down with him...we felt very comfortable and happy with him...he treated us like part of family, as friends...he even offer us water and i got and Ice Cream :) and of course we had a deal going on! also what we liket about him was that we didnt see him worry or desperate he was calm and acknowledging us all the time...so of course I ended up trading my car for an suv jijiji. with and awesome deal...Thank you to your dealership we are happy but most of all this Goes To ALLAN JACKSON for being so nice, happy and made our experience fun...he deserves an award..we will be going back for a truck and we will ask for him again...Thank you Allan from Antonio and Yeni Bruno... My husband told him the 2 trucks he was looking at (UGH) and, we even test drove 1. My husband just thought he wanted 1 of those until I spotted the Dodge truck still in the service bay and said, that's the 1! Javier made it so easy, quick and, a pleasure to do business with the Dahl dealership that we will come back to him should we ever need another vehicle. You have a wonderful salesperson in Javier and he is an asset to your dealership. My husband now has the truck he was really wanting in the 1st place and Javier made that happen for him hassle free. My wife and I had a very good experience with Dahl Ford. Allan Jackson really busted his hump trying to get us exactly what we wanted for a car. It was by no means Allan's fault, but the fault of other dealerships giving him the run-a-round while he was attempting a vehicle trade. My wife and I had our sights set on a vehicle that is not carried in high quantities at most dealerships, but it was going to be that type or nothing. In the end Allan ended up getting us a car that had a little more in it than what we were initially looking for and we have come to really enjoy those extras. I have been Ford man, particularly with trucks, my whole life, and what we experienced at Dahl Ford just stands to reaffirm why I only purchase vehicles from Ford Dealerships! More

The proximity of the dealership makes it difficult to receive adequate training on some of the more complex workings of the C-Max Energi's systems. I came into your dealership to purchase my son's very first car! It was a very exciting time for us! Javier was awesome!!
