Quality of work was scored low based on the prep of the vehich which was on the show room floor. There was still marker spots or other marks on the vehicle that we collectively rubbed off. This should have been taken care of by the guys that wash and wax the vehicle before pick up in particular to show off the optional paint job. Kevin did a great job on his first sale with limited help from his peers and mentors. I state this becuase I paid cash for the vehicle and gave the dealership almost 2 days to prep and when I showed up the guys that do the paperwork didn't even have mine done, but did it on the spot and stated that normally I would have had an appointment. I found this lack of communication between those that take the money and those that prepare the paperwork for the sale highly irregular. The bottom line in customer service is that the customer is always right regardless of his or her perception. Steve More

We came in to see an 01 Chevy Silverado, which we took for a test drive with Allan. During the test drive he didn't try to sell the truck, instead he had an honest conversation with us.
