My husband and I had "the BEST" experience at Dahl! Our questions were answered and we were never pushed to purchase by anyone. I do believe that Javier was surprised to receive our phone call later that afternoon and to see us again and purchasing the car in the same evening :) Javier made this process the best experience that I have ever had with a dealership and I will most certainly recommend any of my friends to see him! His knowledge and experience was outstanding and made us feel comfortable that we made the right decision. I have been looking for months at different dealerships and really never even gave any consideration for Dahl. My short list at the time was a Ford Edge SE or a Ford C-Max SE or SEL. I only came because I and really never even gave any consideration for Dahl. My short list at the time was a Ford Edge SE or a Ford C-Max SE or SEL. I only came because I wanted to see if you still had any 2013 Ford Edge's still on hand. The C-Max was a second at the time depending on what you had on the lot. The day was extremely cold and when I came in Justin was the one who was assigned to me. I must admit I wasn't so sure when he said he would go look out on the lot at what you had. But I was totally surprised and impressed when Justin brought up one of each. Already cleared of snow, running and warmed up. We talked about both and Justin worked up pricing on both models. Since I had been to different dealers I had a lot of information and pricing on similar vehicles. I shared the C-Max information with Justin who went to the sales manager and came back with a price that was better than I would have expected. He then had that C-Max brought up from cleared of snow and warmed up. After that we made the deal. I have been in sales for over 30 years selling and managing salesmen. Justin definitely separated himself from any of the other salesmen I dealt with at all of the other dealerships. I think the more confident he becomes the better he will be. Get him some real business cards ASAP! When your salesman has to use old business cards whited out and hand written in it reflects very poorly on the Dealership! That almost lost my business in the beginning. More
We were returning customers with Brenda and Dahl Ford. We had such an amazing experience. I set up an appointment and went in and purchased another vehicle from Dahl. When we purchased our other vehicle back in August of 2013 we visited a bunch of dealers and what sold us on Dahl was how down to earth and friendly they were. We felt right at home. This was night and day from our experience at other dealers. So when I decided to trade in my F150 last week I went straight there and again it was exceptional service from the way Brenda took care of us to Dave and Terry in finance. It was an all around great experience. They are my dealership for life and I am now a Dahl evangelist telling everyone I know why they should go to Dahl. More
When I drove into Dahl lot it was a cold and windy day. I didn't expect a sales person to come out but when I stopped to look at the cars Brenda was right there. I really enjoyed my experience with Dahl Ford. The service did a great job fixing the skirting on my vehicle. The detail shop did a great job cleaning the vehicle. I was able to give my wife an experience she will remember her whole life. I talked with James first to see if it would be possible to trade my wife's fusion for a new red one. The deal was made without my wife knowing anything about it. Between Ken and James they set up a surprise by putting the car on the showroom floor, with a large bow on top. At a prearranged day and time ,I lured my wife to the dealership with a small white lie. We went to the showroom to see James.As we passed the car,she commented about the car and bow. James told her some guy had bought it for his wife. She looked at me and said it was just like you see on TV around Christmas. As she looked at the car,James handed me the keys and i handed them to her and said it's your car. All the salesmen on the floor started clapping and the tears started flowing. My wife said it was the biggest and best surprise of her life. We took pictures to have as keepsakes. I can't thank Ken and James enough for all their trouble to pull off this surprise!
