Allan Jackson, the sales consultant who helped us, went above and beyond to ensure I got a great rate for my trade-in and that I could get into the car I've always wanted. Allan was so helpful and personable; he was honest, upfront, and informative about every step in the buying/trading process. Dahl Ford made me feel very well taken care of. Great Car Buying Experience! I was interested in buying a new sports-car but wasn't really sure which model I wanted. I had shopped at several other dealerships and saw some cars that I liked but was still unsure. I have to say that the experience at Dahl Ford was wonderful. I worked with Javier Calleja and he was extremely helpful and friendly! He showed me the 2014 Mustang and he was so enthusiastic about showing me all of the features of the car that he made me excited about it. I bought the car and I love it! Javier was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and made sure that he answered every one of my questions before I left the lot. I felt as though my business was important to him. in my experience, that is definitely NOT the case at many other car dealerships. No-Pressure Atmosphere and Lifelong Commitment at Dahl Ford I like Dahl Ford specifically because of their "no-pressure" atmosphere of salesmanship. I tried other Ford dealers where the salesmen tried to put me I like Dahl Ford specifically because of their "no-pressure" atmosphere of salesmanship. I tried other Ford dealers where the salesmen tried to put me in a vehicle that night, regardless of my reservations. At Dahl I felt free to browse with no commitment. I could say "no" without any begging, grousing, cajoling, or stigma. Devin was taking a quick break when we pulled in but was very friendly, personable, professional, and showed us around stock of car I had in mind. He had no problem waiting to make sure the car would work for my disabled friend and letting me get oriented and comfortable with all of the features and electronics before I decided to buy. He worked to get me as much as he could for my trade-in, which was worth pretty much less-than-zero. He has since made sure to follow up with any appointments or just to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased, which I am. A side note, the dealer that sold me my first car over 15 yeas ago and my dad his truck nearly 20 years ago still worked there and not only remembered me and my dad, but details about our lives. When you buy from Dahl Ford, you truly feel like a member of their family. More
