The Dahl Ford Experience In the beginning I was hesitant as having dealt with other dealers in the area who were not as honest. My wife and I were immediately put at ease when we walked in the door. The first person we talked to was Mr. Mendoza. Very pleasant and courteous. He explained he was with another customer but would have another person help us. This was Tom Copeland. He was just like Mr. Mendoza. He took us through the process step by step explaining everything as we went along. Unlike the other dealers in the area, he took his time and made sure we understood everything. He left the decision to buying in our hands without any pressure at all. I've owned a number of vehicles but this was the first Ford Truck I've ever owned. This F 150 will be with me for a long time. Tome said we would enjoy the ride and he was correct, we do. I've been back a couple of times not understanding the SYNC process for my phone and Tom has been there every time. Lisa Blaser is polite, friendly, not overbearing and really facilitates the car buying process. We don't buy cars often. Lisa was our first and last stop. Now, however, comes the important part. The honeymoon is over and the marriage has started. Hopefully, we will not need many contacts with the service department over the life of our ownership. Our limited contact with the service department so far has been positive. Hopefully, a year from now, our feelings will be the same, or even better. Time will tell.
