It was not an easy process, but Javier kept in communication and was open to suggestions as the search continued. He had the dealership provide us with a rental car at a great rate while the search continued. When we found the vehicle we wanted, he was able to secure it from another dealer. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, but an honest effort to get the vehicle and make sure we were satisfied customers, which we are. The vehicle cost a little more than we initially intended to spend, which is why I rated the price as "good," but that was our choice to switch from the XL model to the XLT, which we think will benefit us in the long run. After working with Ike over lunch, we hashed out the terms for a great deal on a new 2014 focus, I only needed my fiancé's opinion. In good faith, I was able to drive the Focus for the rest of the week so I could let her see it, drive it, and give an opinion.
