Dahl ford's management is horrendous! I absolutely do not recommend this dealership to anyone! I bought my car on sept. 9, 2015 and have a simple problem with the radio. Called my sales re I absolutely do not recommend this dealership to anyone! I bought my car on sept. 9, 2015 and have a simple problem with the radio. Called my sales rep., can't get ahold of him (because they fired him), finally talk to someone who tells me a manager will be getting a hold of me ASAP. The manager, Alan, first thing out of his mouth "did you sign an as is warranty?" Me:"I have no idea what I signed they pushed me through the signing in 5 minutes because they were trying to close." Alan:"well you can bring it in but I'm not going to tell you were going to fix anything, we'll look at. " Me: "ok, I'll be there in 10 minutes" Alan:"no you can't come here were closing" Me:"well when can I bring it in? I work until 5 every day." Alan:"I don't know we don't have any mechanics here after 5" Me:"ok im getting angry because it really seems like you're not trying to help me what so ever" Alan:"well you signed an as is paper anyways we don't have to repair anything" Me:"well iowa has state laws that protect consumers from situations like this I feel like I should get a lawyer." Alan:"yeah let's go that route." AND HANGS THE PHONE UP ON ME! Funny this is not how I was treated when I had $1500 in my pocket. AND I went through my paper work from my signing, if I did sign an as is paper, they certainly did not give me a copy of it. I have had my car exactly 46 DAYS. SMH-ZERO ? AT THIS POINT the only reason I put one is bc I couldn't submit this without it. More

Great experience Brenton went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted in the price range we could afford. My second purchase! I bought a Ford Edge from Dahl ford, this was my second purchase from them. I actually enjoy going to this dealership, everyone there is EXTREMLY frie I bought a Ford Edge from Dahl ford, this was my second purchase from them. I actually enjoy going to this dealership, everyone there is EXTREMLY friendly, not to mention their dog Jenny ... She won me over from the second I walked in . ?? I had some issues with the first vehicle I had purchased from them and had gone into their service dept to have them addressed but instead walked out with a different vehicle ...my salesmen ( javier) was awesome, I tend to be picky and undecisive lol... But he was so cool about it, I felt like I was buying a car from an old friend, not a cheesy car salesman and he got me a great deal ! .... Very happy with my Edge, and I'm sure I when the time comes, my next car will be from Dahl Ford as well! More
