We went to Dahl first and thinking we wanted a much larger SUV than we really needed. Elias listened to our wants and needs and fitted us with a much better SUV that is actually a perfect fit! He was very kind, relaxed, and treated us like family! He stayed late, way late, to ensure we got what we truly wanted! He also got us set up the following day for a detail appointment (even though the vehicle was extra clean already) and to fill the gas tank! Elias sat with me and chatted the entire time I waited for them to detail/fill the SUV! Routine Maintenance Anything But Routine. I absolutely love going to the service department at Dahl. Dan Wich and his staff come out like old friends at a high school reunion. No less than t I absolutely love going to the service department at Dahl. Dan Wich and his staff come out like old friends at a high school reunion. No less than three people were at one point talking to me about the car and why it was in. Just needed an oil change and regular winter checkup. Fast, efficient, friendly, and just plain awesome. They made sure they went over the results of their systems checks, and made sure I knew that the next checkup would be a 30,000 mile scheduled, and it might be pricy. I appreciate how they are always looking out for me by keeping my car in great shape. Keeps my own pride in owning such a great car at the highest level. More
